| Flexible rubber magnets |
|
Magnetic Extrusion Strips, Magnetic Sheeting, Magnetic Rubber and Tape are offered by Gomma Line, for home appliances, medical, locking systems, Packaging and Labelling, gadgets, advertisement, fixation and not only.
Gomma line’s products are made by a mixing of magnet powders with synthetic rubber or plastic(CPE,NBR etc.). The magnetic powders could be of two main kinds: Ferrite or Neodymium.
Gomma Line can be Isotropic or Anisotropic, depending on the magnetic characteristics.
The great qualities of this products’ line, are its high elasticity and flexibility. Moreover, this kind of magnet its light, soft, stable and easy to be processed and manipulated.
Our range of Magnetic Sheeting and Magnetic Extrusion Strips, available coated or uncoated, it’s really wide.
We manage several standard products. Their magnetic properties, change depending on the attraction force requested by various applications. The Max BH can change from 0.6 -0.8 to 1,3-1,6. MGOe .
Due to the variability of sector’s applications, we bear requests of products which can be personalized by drawings, length, and measurements, depending on the customers’ requests. |

| Magnetic Extrusion Profiles |

Are thermoplastic permanent magnetic realized by extrusion.
They are largely used in locking systems and in home appliances. It can provide superior holding power and they are divided in Isotropic and Anisotropic. Depending on the kind of working process, the magnetization can be: longitudinal, transverse and bilateral.
We dispose of 300 kinds of profiles, which can be personalized on costumer’s requests. |

| Magnetic Sheeting |
|
Flexible Magnetic Sheeting is produced with calendaring process. It is normally used for advertising, magnetic therapy, gadget, etc.
The maximum width is 800 mm, and the thickness is from 0.25-10 mm. The pole pitch for thickness below 0.5 mm is 2 mm, for thickness 0.5 mm - 1 mm, the pole pitch is 2.5 mm - 3 mm, if the thickness exceed 1mm, the pole pitch is 4 mm - 5 mm. The magnetic sheet can be covered with coloured paper or white PVC film. |

| Magnetic Tape |
|
Their measurements depend on client’s request.
They are made from big rolls of magnetic rubber, cropped in bands. The length of bands depends on the specific request.
After being cut, they are magnetized. Magnetic tape can be used for labelling, magnetic adhesives, credit cards, advertisement, magnetic therapy. They can have an adhesive back, covered with coloured paper or white PVC. In order to be more resistant from breaking, a PVC+ clothed reinforce can be added. |

| Flexible Ferrite Magnets and Flexible NdFeb Magnets: |

Are magnets with high energy properties.
Particularly, magnets in Ferrite can reach a BH Max of 1.75 MGOe; the ones in Neodymium can achieve a BH Max of 8.5 MGOe. Both kinds of products have been carefully studied and improved by our experts. The main goal is to offer to our clients an efficient product at low prices. They have various applications. They can be used in motors ,sensors, speakers, etc. Their realization doesn’t require specific moulds. We can offer to the client various shapes, depending on request. Magnetic properties and hardness can be modified by client’s need. |
