Noise & Vibration
During bearings’ manufacturing and quality inspection, bearings noise and vibration can be strictly controlled. The vibration and noise of bearings are classified in five classes by the instrument of BVT-1.Classes are V, V1, V2, V3 and V4 . The Tolerance Vibration data of V4 is the best and reach 12 µm/s on a 8 mm bore (bearing 608) for high tech applications.

Bearing Tolerance
According to dimension tolerances & runout accuracy, Roller-line deep groove bearings are ranged from ABEC-1 to ABEC7. ABEC-1 is standard grade, ABEC-3 is higher, ABEC-5 is much higher and ABEC-7 is the highest one.
